3. Information Sharing: HKT does not sell, rent, or exchange your personal information with third parties. However, HKT may share your information with partners in the following cases: to provide the products or services you requested or as required by law, court orders, or relevant legal procedures.
4. Information Security: HKT implements reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the security of your personal information. HKT takes necessary precautions to prevent unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. HKT retains your location data for the necessary duration to provide the service and ensure its proper functioning.
5. User Controls: Users can choose to grant or revoke the App's access to GPS location in the device settings at any time. If you revoke this permission, the "TramOramic" feature will not function properly.
6. If you are under the age of 18, you must have a legal representative such as a parent or guardian accepting this Policy on your behalf before providing any Personal Data to us.
